The villa is located in an enviable area close to the Parador de Turismo, a short walk from Burriana beach and 15 minutes from the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops within a short walk of the villa. It is next to our Villa Verania and Villa Lily and close to all our properties in the Parador area.

Other terraces surround the private pool where there are 6 sun loungers for sunbathing.

On the first floor there is another bedroom with two single beds and a separate shower room, and the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room. From the master bedroom patio doors open onto a private terrace which overlooks the pool area and has views of the sea and the city. Stairs in the hallway between these two bedrooms lead up to a roof terrace with splendid views.

This property is ideal for families and groups, as it can accommodate up to 6 people.

The facility includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven/cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private parking outside
